DesignLink

Architecture presents an opportunity to explore the interaction of people and spaces but a deeper connection between a structure and its occupants exists. The DesignLink research program recruits fifth-year ASU Master's students to explore specific topics and develop ideas to further understand the impact design and architecture have on experiences within the built environment and how progressive design can improve architectural outcomes.

The foundation of Design Link was a logo and insignia that conceptually explored the topic of relationships in design. The logo combined the "D" and "L" while the logotype expressed a literal meaning with an emphasis on connectivity.

Each DesignLink cohort would produce a volume of research which was then designed into a cohesive document like the one below.
